A Strategic Review is a detailed examination of everything that is going on in a department, team or company. It looks at the way people communicate, how they handle data and how their interactions and relationships affect output.

How is the team functioning at the moment? What is the prevailing culture within the organisation/team? Is there a culture of overwork in one department which is contrary to the company policy? Is this impacting on staff turnover and sickness?

What would you like the culture to be? Is there a gap between where your company is now, and where you want it to be?

Strategic Reviews are a core part of Co-Performance as they help your managers and staff see what causes problems. They generate a clear action plan to improve things.

Time and Methods

The strategic review can take anything from ½ day to 3 days or more, depending on the extent of the review. It is the usual starting place for any programme as it clearly identifies what is required.

The process involves anonymous online questionnaires, individual and team meetings and time to process the information and generate a report.
